About the Captain

Captain Glenn Hieronymus has accomplished a great many things which has helped the Cerified Hieronymus® brand gain the respect of the FDA, Food Network, Whole Foods, Colorado State University, N.D.s, M.D.s, massage therapists, psychotherapists, the Mayo Clinic and many others.

Glenn is a successful restauranteur who has been featured on the Food Network and the Today show. Some of his customers include Julia Roberts, Michael Jordan, Will Smith, Nicolas Cage (quoted as saying: "Captain, you've got the goods!"), Paul Newman, Randy Travis, Eddie Van Halen, Valerie Bertinelli, Robert Duvall, Gene Hackman and may more.

He is HAACP certified (see laminate) for food safey by the FDA. Glenn has 40 years experience in food research and quality control, including collaborative research in quality control for commercial fishing and organic produce. He was a fishing boat captain and fleet owner.

Glenn has been a life coach and helped many ease their way back to a balanced healthy lifestyle. He truly believes his calling is to help others choose a self-healing approach to their personal health. Glenn achieved his prestigous pilot status by solving problems before they arose. He keeps his body spirtually balanced, with a therapeutic menu, Life Elixir Tea, and proper exercise.

Captain Glenn was a commercial Airline Pilot for 27 years (Piedmont Airlines, US Airways) and former National Engineering & Air Safety Chairman for the Airline Pilots Association.
